An alternative arrangement is to extend the vacation in the educational institute
All types of educational holidays have been announced till April 7 due to coronavirus. If the situation worsens, the holiday period may extend further. With that in mind, it has been decided to arrange e-teaching (video classes) in all the government primary schools of the country. The information was revealed in the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education on Friday (March 27). The AUTI project will be assisted in this work.
Akram-al-Hussein said the education of students would be disrupted if the education system was closed for long. In order to meet this shortage of students, the department’s primary education officers and district primary education officers have been instructed to take classes through video conferences.
Head teachers have been informed through Thana Education Officer and Cluster Head and Upazila Assistant Education Officer. We have parents and mothers with parents. He said the head teachers would help arrange for the lessons to be provided during the holidays.

We have made a list of teachers. How many hours to study the subject matter is being determined. However, the teachers who will be recording the class video are not able to get out now. After today’s meeting, I can explain. If this situation is coronavirus, it will help us for the future, even if the vacation is not extended. We will give these classes in free lessons, teachers’ toilets, from where students can take lessons at home.
Last Tuesday (March 28), the Secretary of Education through a video conference of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. Akram-al-Hussein and the senior officials concerned directed the regional education officers and district primary education officers in the country.
It was informed at the meeting that there are 10 million students in 1,122 government primary schools in the country. The parents of the student will be informed that the curriculum was available on the mobile phone to the parents of the student. The head teacher will inform the students about a short syllabus through virtual mothers. The video conference mentioned the need for mothers’ assistance to try to meet the teaching deficit.
